Amy began her career in Chicago as a writer. She went on to join Energy BBDO developing insights that led to regional-specific strategies for global client Bayer AG and its portfolio of OTC consumer care brands. She returned home to Louisville in 2008 and joined Doe-Anderson. She has worked on Maker’s Mark, Jim Beam, Mighty Dog, OhioHealth and Independence Bank, among other accounts. Amy helped launch a dedicated Brand Planning function in 2013 at the agency which now includes seven strategic planners. She is a lifetime member of Leadership Louisville, participating in the organization’s initiatives to empower more women in leadership. She, her architect husband and three children live in an 1891 Victorian home that is in ever-evolving stages of renovation.
